Behind MABUYA is Carina Baldi, a Brazilian-born biologist and researcher who has made Basel her home.

Her curiosity extends well beyond science, into art, fashion, craftsmanship and the people she meets along the way.

What began with a personal discovery of lingerie has gradually grown into a boutique that reflects her many interests. Today, she brings together designers and creations that have caught her attention, chosen with care and a genuine pleasure in sharing something beautiful.
