European Union & United Kingdom

Complimentary delivery on orders over €100
€10 delivery on orders below €100

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Please note that orders containing discounted items may not qualify for complimentary delivery. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 12:00 (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday are usually dispatched on Monday.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

Orders are delivered by Swiss Post.

Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days.

European Union & United Kingdom

Orders are shipped by post.

Estimated delivery: approximately 5 working days.

Customs processing may occasionally extend delivery times.

Customs & Taxes

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

No additional import duties or customs clearance charges apply to deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

European Union & United Kingdom

All orders are shipped from Switzerland.

Import VAT, customs duties and handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and, where applicable, are collected directly from the recipient by the local postal service, carrier or customs authority.

Any additional charges depend on local regulations, the destination and the order value.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you've chosen.

If something isn't quite right, we want the return process to be simple and clear.

Online Orders

You may return eligible online purchases within 30 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

We ask that clothing and lingerie be tried on with care. Returned items must be:

Unworn beyond trying them on
Clean, undamaged and free from signs of use or odours
Returned with all original tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where required by applicable law.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds cover the purchase price of the returned products. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Purchases from the Basel Boutique

Items purchased at our Basel boutique may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they meet the return conditions above.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or, if preferred, as store credit.

No receipt is required. Your name is sufficient for us to locate your purchase.

Archive Sale

Items purchased during an Archive Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under our voluntary return policy, except where required by applicable law.
