Switzerland & Liechtenstein

We offer complimentary shipping throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Swiss Post.

Orders containing in-stock items are generally prepared and handed over to Swiss Post within one business day of purchase.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.

European Union & United Kingdom

We ship to eligible destinations within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs:

• Complimentary shipping on orders over €100.

• €10 shipping fee on orders of €100 or less.

Orders containing in-stock items are generally prepared and handed over to our shipping partner within one business day of purchase.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days, subject to customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Customs, VAT & Import Duties

Orders shipped internationally from Switzerland may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

We recommend checking the applicable import requirements before placing your order.
